“What’s happening?” Christos asks while I get to my feet but he doesn’t finish as Ariadne runs to him and throws herself in his arms. “Are you okay?” Amara asks as I spit out blood and I tell her I am while asking Orpheus why he isn’t healing me, to which he replies sarcastically, saying he thought I wanted to feel the punishment.
“What happened Helios?” Amara asks as I sit down, now feeling the punches and I don’t even have the energy to tell her, so I just take her hand and show her.
By the time I’m done, Christos is walking towards me while Ariadne walks past us to the bedroom and Amara quickly speaks, telling him it’s not what he thinks, causing his hard expression to soften in confusion.
