CHAPTER FOUROne Night Later… The night was cold and windy with loose trash being blown down the sidewalk and streets. Malvo threw open the front passenger door of his truck and jumped down onto the asphalt. He gave his surroundings the once over as he took a pull from a withering cigarette. Smoke wafted from his nostrils and mouth, blowing away with the wind. He dropped the cigarette on the ground and mashed it out underneath his Timberland boot.
