Prince Blaine POV –
It broke my heart when I saw River on the floor of the destroyed bathroom. Seeing her so broken. She is kind, gentle, but fierce. I don’t know what has gotten into Jordan, but I will be having a conversation with him soon enough.
Reluctantly, I agreed to have River taken to the dungeons. I could see her wolf fighting to get to the surface.
Making my way to Alpha’s office, I saw Jordan sitting staring at Jackie as she talked with several other people. His eyes had an odd look in them. Like he wasn’t all there.
