CHAPTER 4 jacobs POV

I got to the pack house as fast as I could in my human form. I'm still inhumanly fast, but not as fast as I am in my wolf form . I took the stairs three at a time to the Alpha floor and rushed her to my room. I have no idea why I told the doc to come here and why I didn't take her straight to the Pack hospital. Something just felt right to take her straight to my room. I stick her on my bed just as the doc rushes in "what do we have here Alpha" she questions " i don't know i found her uncomcious in a cave with this rabbit snuggled into her she was laid next to a campfire" i hastily replied "right well lets get her out of these layers see if there is any injuries she doesn't smell like a wolf?" " she doesn't smell of anything her clothes stink but thats it she has no fricken scent" the doctor starts removing all the layers of this girl im so confused of why she has no scent being a werewolves we have amazing scene of smell and we can scent every creature so why cant i smell this girl if i was blind she could walk past me and i wouldn't even know. i stand against the wall watching as the doctor starts checking the girl i hear a gasp and watch as the doctor takes of the girls last jumper and i am shocked at what i see. this girl is littered in scars and bruises every bone i can see is showing what the hell has happened to this poor girl? i stand here for what seems like hours the doctor said she should have been brought to the hospital not here but i refused i need to protect this girl. i have no idea why i feel like this i know the pack house is completely safe but i just have this feeling to keep her near. surprisingly Zeus has not uttered a word since he shouted at me to wake her up hes completely shut himself off. my bedroom has now turned into a hospital room the doctor has had so many machines brought in all i can hear is beeping and the breathing machine. what the hell has happened to her" i ask the doctor "to be honest Alpha it would be quicker if i told you what hasn't happened to her her scars cover her whole body shes so skinny i don't know how shes still alive even if is barely i cant even guess her age i might say between 12 and 16 but i could be wrong this girl needs help the poor thing im going to run to the lab and get these blood tests back im going too run them through the system see if i get a hit back on her dna see if we can find a name or family shes stable for now ill get a nurse to come and check on her every hour ok?" im just shocked i don't know who this girl is but no one can be that much of a bad person to be treated like this especially this young."yes thank you Helen" i say before she leaves the room i just sat there staring what the hell just happened. who is this girl. i got up off my seat and sent and sat on the other side of the bed so gently so i don't hurt her more and just watch her chest going up and down where the oxygen is being pushed in to her lungs watching her with all these tubes and needles in her i hear rustling in the corner and notice the rabbit in the corner pulling the clothes the girl was wearing before laying down on them. so weird normally rabbits run when they smell us the predator in us but this thing is so calm. i lay down gently and close my eyes i hope Helen gets the test results back soon so we can figure out who she is and where she came from before i know it im fast asleep im walking through a field when i notice in the far distance i see two little kids chasing each other i smile watching them so care free when i notice a rabbit run right past me i look back up to see the young boy tackle the girl to the floor "dinners ready" i hear a some woman call from the distance im guessing ther mother before i see the kids running off.

I start walking again for while when I get a strange smell hit me something terrible I sniffed the air rogues I think to myself and alot of them before i know it im surrounded by them i get in a fight stance but they just keep walking "oi" i shout but they don't hear me "what the hell"i just watch them all marching almost like a pack rogues don't act like this they are unruly all over the place but these have a plan in there mind. just as i start to follow them i am woken up "Alpha Jacob wake up" i shot up out of bed before my eyes opened fully "im awake wheres the attack is everything ok?" "no attack Alpha im just back with the test results" Helen tells me as she looks over at the girl in my bed i completely forgot what time is it i look over and its 11am "s**t sorry doctor i must of fell asleep" "thats ok Alpha but you are going to want to hear this maybe we should go to your office?" " can we just do it here i don't really want to leave her alone just in case she wakes up " "she wont Alpha i have put her in an induced coma atleast for the next week whilst we slowly put nutrience in her and let her rest if we wake her to soon it might do more harm than good" "ok well let me post a guard in here before we go" "of course Alpha" *steph can you come to my room please* *eww no thanks Alpha* *not like that its important**good because you know i don't swing your way be 2 mins* Steph responds shes my head warrior best tracker and a good friend i can trust her to watch over her im being bit cautious as this girl was found on our pack lands so she might even be from the pack and being abused by someone here.

Steph barges into my room I "SOOOO....WHAT THE HELL IS THIS WHO IS THAT?" she basically shouts "shhh keep it down I found her last night at the bottom of the mountain. I need you to guard her whilst I talk to Helen in my office" "whats she done why is she not in the hospital or cells or dead. Why do i need to guard her its not like shes going anywhere" "i will tell you when i get back and i mean guard her for her safety not because shes a criminal we shouldn't be to long oh and do not hurt or touch that rabbit" i say as i point to the graything still sleeping in the same place on the old jumpers"why is there a rabbit in your room" "i will tell you when i get back ok wont be long" just then i walk out the door and head to my office with the doctor falling.

we enter my office and sit down "right what is it" i ask "we should wait till the beta gets here" "why?" "because he will want to hear this trust me he will be here any second " just as she says that kai comes marching into my office" First all Jacob you leave us hanging tell us to get a doctor to your room you have an injured girl then you don't answer your mind links what the hell happened you know we cant enter the Alpha floor with out your permission" kai is ranting now i did forget to say to come to my room you see my grandfather had a witch put a spell on the Alpha floor that no one can enter it unless and Alpha or Luna invites them i don't know why but its such ballache but also really handy."sorry kai with everything that happened i completely forgot the doctors got news fr me and said we had to wait for you so if you don't mind id really like to know who she is" i say before we both turn to the doctor and raise our brows "go on hes here" " right well first off we tested her blood for anything in her system we found high doses of silver"" why the f**k does she have silver in her system" "i don't know Alpha but this will be allot easier if you let me explain everything i found then ask questions please" sounding a little bit annoyed at my interruption " sorry carry on" i motioned with my hand the floor was hers " yes well she had high amounts of silver in her blood and urine samples so she must have been ingesting it which has coursed damage to some organs but ill need to do further tests to see the severity of it i also found traces of glucose in her sample which could point to type 1 diabetes i had the nurse add a drip with insulin to try and bring her sugars down but the most interesting thing is her dna" she paused and looked at kai before saying the next part " beta this young girl has dna in the system but not any old system but ours her DNA sample matches yours by 100% meaning as we know we did not take it from you this girl is your identical twin sister Alyssia" she stops and waits for a response we just sat there shocked. The girl is Alyssia! kai has been looking for her for 12 years none stop that is why he has the knick name rogue slayer when we found kai at 6 years old he was barely alive but as soon as he got better he started training i was 13 he was 6 way to young to train but my dad never discouraged it he understood and if training and working hard helped him then so be it this is how we because the closest friends he is a brother to me and now we sit here in my office with the news she is found before i could even say anything he sprinted out the office and towards the stairs" wait" i shouted i think hes forgot i have to invite him. i ran after him and got to the top of the stairs just to see him get rebounded of the invisible barrier. " man wait for me i said" "THATS MY f*****g SISTER IN THERE LET ME THROUGH!" he screamed at me "firstly calm your tone ok second i want to let you know she is not conscious and the doc said she put her in a coma shes also not in a great shape ok" "LET ME THROUGH" "CALM DOWN BETA THATS AN ORDER" i say in my alpha tone feeling Zeus come to the surface before retreating again i really need to talk to him." sorry Alpha" kai said bowing his head in respect i hate doing that to my friends but some times its needed i need thimo be level headed before he goes in there." you may enter the Alpha floor beta kai and get full access to everything" i say outloud just as kai rushes past me and enters the room rushing to Alyssias side tears streaming down his face as he holds her hand i stand there again just watching as my brother cries uncontrollable. this is the first time i have seen him cry since he was 6. after an hour or so we are sat in the room in silence.

" It's her. I can feel that she has been poisoned, but nothing can take away our twin bond"
