PART 5

Monica POV

I start to wake up and feel for him next to me. He is not there. The bed is cold he must have left a while ago. I get up go to the bathroom. I feel I am sore after last night. When I come out of the bathroom I see the note

Love sorry I am not here when you wake up. I wish I was. I had an early meeting.

Paul will take you to work and I will see you there.

Your husband

I smile at the note. I start to get ready for work. I wanted to feel s**y. I put on a tight dress with a low cut in my chest area. It really shows off my chest. It is a black dress. I match it with a pair of red heels. I leave my hair down and put on a little make up. I grab my coat and my bag. Then I make my way down stairs. Paul is standing in the living room.

"Good Morning Paul are you ready. I would like to stop for a cup of coffee please."

"Yes ma'am" He says with a smile.

Paul drives me to get coffee and then to the office. He parks the car and gets out and opens my door. We walk upstairs. I tried small talk with Paul. I found out he has two sisters and no bothers. He does not see his family that much due to how much he works. He is not seeing anyone right now just enjoys dating. He is a really nice guy. I see why Eric likes him.

Once we step off the elevator I hear yelling. Paul takes off to the yelling. I start to follow him when he says

"Go to your office I will be back with you soon" I just nod at him.

I start to walk to my office when I see Jess

"Hey what is going on" I ask her

"Oh new s**y boss is in a meeting that does not sound so good. They started to yell about ten minutes ago and have not stopped."

"Really that bad"

"Ya but Mr. Ink does not look like he cares that they are upset." I smile at that

"Well then it must not be that bad" I say to her

"Ya I guess" She turns around and looks at me

"Wow Monica you look good. I love the dress."

"Thank you. I tried today" I say with a laugh

"Do not get me wrong you always look good but wow today."

"Thanks"

"Ya she looks really good.. When are you going to give me a chance. Have dinner with me." Mark ask me

He has always stood to close and was always around. He is someone I am no into. He is very pushy. I even had to go to HR before about him.

"Sorry Mark I am taken" I try to let him down easy

"Wait what Monica you got yourself a man and did not tell me" Jess says to me

"Ya it is something new sorry" I half smile to her.

"Well he does not have to know does he. We..." Mark did not get a chance to finish before Paul was behind me

Paul looked pissed off right now. I hope everything is okay.

"Mrs. the boss would like to have a word. He has a new project he would like to talk with you about"

I nod my head and said "Okay just let me put my stuff down at my desk. See you later Jess. Oh and Mark my answer is no not going to happen. I am very happy with the man I am seeing. So he might not know but I would and I would not chose you over him any day. Goodbye Mark."

I start to make my way to my office with Paul behind me. Once in my office I turned to Paul and ask "Is everything okay. You look mad."

"Yes Ms. Ink everything is okay. Just the boss would like to see you. Would you like me to make sure Mark stays away from you." He asks

"I think I covered that. He is nothing important to worry about. He is just some guy who will take the hint sooner or later." I let him know

I wonder what he would do. Maybe if Mark does not leave me alone I will talk with Paul. I really like my job and do not want to have anything mess with it.

I put everything down and lock my desk with my bad in it.

I walk out and follow behind Paul. I do not even know what office my husband has taken.

"Good Morning, Paul can I help you with anything."

"No I am bring Monice to see the boss he has asked for her."

"Oh he did not let me know he needed her I could have done that for him. I will talk to him about that."

"You will talk to me about what" Eric says as he comes out of his office.

I should have known he was going to get the office with the bed view. That room was a conference room before, but it does have the best view in the office.

"Eric you could have asked me I would have gotten Miss Johnson for you."

"It is Mr. Ink and I asked Paul not you."

"Yes sir. I left your order on your desk."

He just nods to her and steps aside holding the door to his office open for me.

I walk in fast. That was awkward. She does not look happy. Neither does Eric.

"I will wait for you out here when you are ready Mrs."

I just smile at him and nod my head. I looked around the office as Eric shuts the door. It looks so nice he has made this office fit just for him. He did change the windows that looked out over the floor he has put up some walls, so the only glass windows are the ones with the view. He has his big desk in the middle of the room. Two big leather chairs are in front of his desk. Man I wish my office was this nice. He even has a TV.

"You like what you see" He ask coming up behind me and kisses my neck.

"You have a really nice office. I like what you have done with it," I saw turning around in his arms.

"I am sorry about this morning. You looked like you need to sleep. I did not have the heart to wake you up."

"It is fine how was your meeting. Everyone was talking about the yelling they could hear. Are you okay" I ask as I lay my head on his chest.

I can not put it into words what I am feeling about my new husband.

"It will be fine. Come I was told you did not have breakfast. So I want to make sure you eat. I had Rachel go pick something up so we could eat together."

"Really you did that. You did not have to. But since you went to all that trouble I would love to have breakfast with you."

"Come" he takes my hand and leads me over to his desk but not to the chairs in front of his desk but to his chair.

He sits down and pulls me into his lap. I pushes buttons on his phone and says "Rachel hold my calls. I do not want to interrupted during this meeting"

"Yes sir. anything else"

He did not answer her just cut the call.

"So how did you sleep" He ask me

"I sleep amazing. After last night." I say to him with a small smile

"How sore are you." Ask as he moves his hand up my leg

"Because when I saw you walk in I almost stop breathing. This dress looks so s**y on you. I do not know how I am going to keep my heads off of you today" He starts to kiss my neck and I am already getting wetter.

This man knows what he is doing to me.

"Eric we are at work" I say with a little moan.

"Oh trust me I know but damn you look amazing"

I move my hands to his face and pull him to my lips. I start to kiss him. Really kiss him. I wanted more of what we did last night.

Then there is a knock at the door. Eric pulls back looking really mad. He did not want to stop what we were about to do.

I go to stand up but he stops me

"Eric someone is at the door."

"I know but they will not come in until I let them. Everyone knows the rules." The knocking came again.

I move to stand up again but this time he lets me.

"Hold that thought let see what is going on then we eat before you start your day"

I move to the chair in front of his desk and sit down. As he walks to open the door. He opens it and Rachel is standing there.

"I told you I did not want to be .."

"I know Mr. Ink but they would not wait" She points to a group of men standing by the door.

"Of course. Have them wait in the conference room I will be right in" He lets her know.

When he shut the door again. I stand up to go to leave I know he is busy with work.

He grabs my wrist before I made it to the door. Pulling me back he says "Come lets eat. They can wait a few."

"Eric. I know you are busy it is f." I did not get to finish before he gives me a kiss.

"I love it when you say my name. Plus they are my men so they can wait."

He pulls me to his desk again sits me on his lap and we start to eat. He got me eggs with ham omelet with juice. It was so good. When we finished eating he tells me "I want you to always eat breakfast. And I want you to always eat with me."

I nod to him as I finish my juice.

"Come we will have lunch out of the office today. I need some time alone with you. Try not to get into trouble with wearing this dress because I will hit hell I will kill anyone who tries to hit on you."

I take it he is joking but something about what he says seems like he is not joking.

"Okay lunch just let me know when and where. I will be there." I give him a quick kiss before he opens the door.

I try to wipe off my lip stick on his lips as he opens the door.

I see Rachel sitting at her desk. She is watching me and Eric walk out of his office.

"Rachel did you get our guest drinks"

"Yes sir they are just waiting for you." He nods his head

"Paul take Monica back to her office. We will talk more about the project I am going to have you work on" I nod to him and follow Paul back to my office.

After that my morning went by really fast. It was 11:45 to fast.

I hear a knock at my door I smile thinking it might be Eric. I stand up and walk over to the door and open it. It was not Eric it was Rachel. She does not like me.

"Eric wanted me to tell you that he will have to reschedule your meeting with him. To later this afternoon."

"Okay not a problem you could have sent me a email. You did not have to come all the way to my office." I let her know. I can see Paul from where I am standing but I know she can not. He made sure of that before sitting or moving the chair to that corner.

"Well I also wanted to have a talk with you. I see you dress up nice. But listen Eric is mine. He has always been mine. He will always crawl into my bed at the end of the day. Just like yesterday"

I grab the door so hard. Do not cry. Do not cry. Wait did she say yesterday. Oh I know that is a lie she wants to see if we are doing anything.

"If that is true then why are you worried about me."

"Who said I would be worried about you. Listen just stay away from him."

"He is my boss. How would you like me to stay away from him. If he ask for a meeting then I have to go to the meeting."

"Well just listen to me got it or I will make your life a living hell. Watch your back" I grab Paul by his wrist before he moved so she could he. He is standing behind the door right now ready to open it. He looks so mad at what she said to me.

She walks off looks more mad then earlier when I walked out of Eric's office.

I close the door and look to Paul. "Has he slept with her before."

"No he would never sleep with someone who works that close to him. Plus she will not be working with him after today. He will not let go what she said to you."

"Paul it is fine. Really I do not care."

"I will be back stay in your office. Listen do not come out until I am back"

"Okay okay its not like I have lunch plans or anything. I am going to order for something in and just work through lunch."

Paul leaves the office I order my food. As I wait for my lunch to come up I go back to working.

I almost jumped out of my chair when my office door flies open. Eric looks mad. Dame today is a lot of dram I just wanted to work and it just keeps on coming.

"Are you okay" he ask me

"Yes of course why would I not be"

"Okay good just need to make sure. Are we okay"

"Yes why would we not be okay. .. Are you okay."

"Me no I am not okay. I get a call from Paul telling me you were told not to meet me and Rachel have threatened you. I got back to the office as fast as I could."

I smiled at him.

"Umm Monice your lunch order is here. Here you go. Hello Mr. Ink my name is Jess we have not meet yet. I work with Monice close on projects we do. I am here anytime you need me day or night" she lets him know.

I just shake my head at her. I know she is hitting on him but I do not think he will go for it.

"Right Jess we have a meeting tomorrow morning."

"Yes sir but if you want to meet sooner I am available anytime. Just for you,"

"Thank you Ms. but tomorrow morning will be just fine"

She smiles at him and gives me my lunch. Once she has walked out. He shuts the door and locks it. Paul is still not back.

"I was told our meeting would be moved. You never sent me or Paul a location for lunch so I just ordered in."

"It is fine I am not worried about that. When Paul called I left the meeting I was in to come and check on you."

"Eric baby you did not have to do that. It was just Rachel."

He smiles a big smile. One of the smiles that will make you lose your under ware. Well if I had any on today.

"With my line of work I can never be to carful. You are my wife and I had to make sure you were okay no matter what. Also I let her go. No one will work with me after the threatened you. She is lucky she is not dead right now"

I look at him like he is crazy

"I promised to keep you safe and that is what I will do."

"Baby she was just upset because I know she saw my lipstick on your lips this morning when I walked out of your office. I was not worried about her. But she was worried about me" I say with a small laugh

"You have nothing to worry about." He says as he starts to kiss me

"It is only you. It has always only been you. I can not get your out of my mind" He says as he kisses down my neck.

"I need you to make sure you get home early enough because I need you to go with me tonight. I have a event tonight with my other business."

"Oh are you going to take me out tonight. How fancies do I need to dress up."

"Something like you have on. You will have fun. Plus I can not wait to show you off as my wife tonight."

He goes back to kissing me. I did not want him to stop I know we are in my office but still. When his lips touch mine I lose all train of thought.

Eric's POV

I keep kissing down her neck not wanting to let her go. I love her in my arms.

I did not want to pull away from her. But I had to, I had to get back to my last meeting that I walked out of.

I knew I should have let Rachel go a long time ago. Since I found out she liked me. I just didn't because I knew I would not do anything with her.

Walking out of my meeting was not a good move, but it was my wife that was threatened. I needed to get back but I also needed to make sure Monice was okay after I let Rachel go.

Tonight will be a test to see if she will be able to handle my world. I will have to tell her tonight about my other side of my business. I wonder how she will take it.

"I will see you night love"

I kiss her and leave I did not want to leave but I had to.

Paul is waiting outside the door

"Paul take her home around three we have an event tonight I will need you to work tonight. Also if anyone threatens her again and you let it go. I will kill you."

"Yes sir I understand sir."

"Good see you later tonight"

I tell him as I make my way out of the office.
