ZERA and her allies went on the Halloween Quest. They fought dungeons and lairs to acquire items to complete the quest. She was careful not to draw her true strength. They would be puzzled if they would notice how strong she was now… which could lead into questions she did not want to answer.
They stopped in a town to refill their stocks. The boys volunteered to go and buy the things they needed. They left Zera and Harley in the park.
“Where did you get that coat?” Harley asked, poking at Zera’s green-scaled coat. “It must be a rare item. This is the first time I’ve seen one. It was so beautiful!”
“A friend gave it to me. It was custom-made, I guess?” Gaiden told her once that Kin ordered him to make that coat that was compatible with her classification.
