Alpha Aiden didn't come home last night and I heard from one of the maids in the palace that something happened which made him unable to come back home. I was actually glad because I didn't want to see his handsome face that enjoys taunting me with.
My injuries were completely healed and to the extent I was rolling around on the bed while wondering if this agreement is still on. I actually thought about all the pain I had gone through in life and to be completely honest it was at Aiden’s palace I am a bit relieved, at least he doesn’t want me as a slave like Roselyn, or turn me into a punching bag like Penelope.
