Pain ran across my whole body. It hurts. I couldn’t feel my hands again. I was just feeling very cold. It was as if I'm being sucked dry. Is this what it feels like when you donate blood?
Sweats dripped down my body and I couldn't help clenching the side rails of my bed. I feel so lightheaded and my brain was a mess. I couldn’t really process words again.
Suddenly, there was a loud beeping sound resounding in the room.
My weak eyes shut themselves but I tried to force myself to see what was happening in my vicinity. I couldn’t open my eyes on my own but I tried to strain my ears at least so I could eat what was going on.
Even though I didn't see clearly, I could make out the doctor's and nurses' frantic running. Besides, my ears were still functioning slightly normally.
