There was abruptly an awkward stillness around them and it was a seemingly a long one at that. Kade at this moment was sweating in his palms as he flexed his palms trying to get rid of the tension. Lydia though was still fuming on the inside.
"Why don't you go down, Reece is already waiting in the car and, I will be down in some time. I won't take long." He said to her most calmly. While all Lydia did was watch him, only thinking about what she could throw right at his face. That was the only thought in Lyddia"s mind. It constantly came to her over and over again.
Although she didn't say anything to him, more like Lydia simply didn't want to talk to this man anymore all because she will eventually have to, now that they both were going out.
