Angels POV
The days went by and we found a routine. I got up before the puppies, lit a fire in the oven in the kitchen and put bread in before I brought the puppies in. After everyone had been washed, we got breakfast. We stayed in the kitchen all day, only went out to get water. We ate and played when the kids did not take a nap. After Jock and the puppies had gone to sleep on the hayloft, my wolf and I went hunting.
Lack of meat was not our problem, slowly but surely I was running out of flour and potatoes. So we, my wolf and I, started exploring the forest, and especially the immediate area outside the forest.
