The two-legged was a four-legged? That four-legged turned into a two-legged? Jock lay completely still and stared at the two-legged who was so good to him.
She had constantly confused him, her and the puppies. The old two-legged had smelled like two-legged, but she and her puppies had smelled different.
The first time, her smell had scared him a little, she smelled of two-legged but also of four-legged. Then she had given him a treat, so she could not be malicious, but she smelled strange.
So he had kept an eye on her, but she behaved like two-legged. She was good to him and his old two-legged friend. The old two-legged was even found of her. So she could not be evil?
