As the days went by I became more and more aware that our Luna was really childish. Although she attended our morning meetings, she was often distracted. It was not because she did not want to take care of her people, in fact, I experienced it more as a burning desire that everyone was well, but as if she could not stick to one topic more than a few minutes at a time. I raised this concern with Pete one day as we sat watching the puppies throw food leftovers at the chickens and pigs. Pete nodded, layed down on the grass, and looked absently up at the sky.
