Katarina swings her legs over her bed, and stands on the cold bare wood floor. She stretches and then rubs the sleep out of her eyes. She walks into the bathroom, and removes the makeshift bandage covering her back. To her surprise, there isn't a mark on her skin to serve as evidence from the brutal beating she had. “See I said I would heal you.” Jade says. “Good morning to you too.” Katarina says, walking back into her room. She pulls out a t-shirt and jeans. Soon she is dressed and throws on her black oversized hoodie. After grabbing her backpack she slings it over her shoulder and picks up her phone and pockets it.
