IN LOVE WITH MY FIANCEE'S BODYGUARD

CHAPTER 2

After a moment, Maralle quickly came back to her senses, she couldn't believe the handsome figure infront of her.

This young man was exceptionally handsome, he has an attractive jaw line, ocean deep dark eyes, pink lips, a cute nose and handsome muscular body.

Everything about him was so dazzling. Maralle was standing there looking at him in amazement. Sam, who was waiting to be yelled at was dumbfounded and got annoyed.

He said to her with a serious expression "Hey ma'am, don't you know how to drive? if you'll stand there looking at me like a ghost, then I'll leave first". With that said, Sam turned around and about to go back to the car.

Maralle was speechless and quickly dissolved her thoughts, she immediately took strides towards Sam and tapped him on the shoulder, Sam turned around and 'bam!", Sam received a slap on his face and it was quite hurtful.

Maralle turned around without a word, entered her car and drove off. Sam who was slapped, stood there speechless and watched as the rude strange girl took off. He had no time to waste on such a woman, so he quickly entered his car and drove off too, he was very busy.

On her way to her best friend, Maralle kept mumbling to herself, complaining on how rude that stranger was, "who does he think he is to question my driving skills, I learned how to drive when I was 18!" she added "he's the reckless driver! I wish to never meet him again"

She suddenly had second thoughts, "he was handsome though" she thought to her self, but his words quickly annoyed her again and soon Maralle reached Jadein's Clothing store. Jadein stood at the entrance of her store anxiously waiting for her best friend to arrive.

Maralle opened the car door, got out and slammed it. This confused Jadein because she was expecting to see her friend crying and was ready to confort her, but to her surprise, she was upset and mumbling to herself.

She was so upset that she that she didn't see her best friend and walked passed Jadein talking to herself and heading to her friend's office. This scene surprised the employees and they all looked at Jadein in a confused manner.

One of the workers said "Boss, is something troubling Miss Guzzo? she is heading to your office but left you here" "am as confused as you!" Jadein was also confused and worried so she quickly ran to her office to see her friend.

Maralle who was still complaining to herself, found the office empty, she felt maybe her friend went to fetch something. With that thought, Maralle poured herself a cup of warm water and sat on the sofa waiting for her friend and yet again continued to mumble.

Jadein entered the room and took strides towards the sofa to sit with Maralle. No sooner had Maralle seen her friend than she said "can you imagine such a person?!". Jadein was even startled and asked "who?" "the ill mannered man I just met, he's so rude I can't stand him!".

Jadein wanted to say something but Maralle continued "He almost hit my beautiful car and instead of apologizing, he criticized my driving skills. what a nut job!". Attempting to say something again, Maralle interrupted her again "just because he is very handsome and has a good figure. Infact he is the most attractive guy I've ever met, but what makes him think he can talk to me that way" "thank God I slapped him, haha!".

The last sentence shocked Jadein, "you slapped a stranger!" "yes I did" Maralle answered in a proud way. Thinking about the scenes and picking up the story from the parts are friend kept mumbling about, Jadein laughed out loud. Maralle looked at her friend and suddenly felt embarrassed, so she changed the topic.

She said "Where'd you go, I came here and didn't see you", Jadein said mockingly "I was outside waiting for your arrival but when you came, you just passed me by because you kept mumbling about this charming stranger you slapped" Maralle felt embarrassed again and apologized.

Infact she laughed at herself for being so driven away in complaining, she totally couldn't even look at people around. Jadein suddenly remembered the phone call and asked her best friend about it. Maralle sighed and said " It's almost launch time, I'll tell you everything while we have our launch"

Jadein didn't object, she picked up her keys and was ready to have launch with her best friend. Maralle did the same and the two walked out of the store together. Both girls used Jadein's car and drove to a nearby five-star hotel.

Minutes later, the pair entered the hotel and sat at a table on the first floor. They ordered something and white waiting, Maralle relayed everything that happened between her father and her in the morning and how he forcibly wants to marry her off to billionaire. "what is Mr Guzzo thinking? that is very odd of your father, he has never done such a thing"

"exactly my thought too, am really helpless and hope that dad will change his mind soon" Maralle was indeed depressed about this whole thing and wished her father can change his mind. Jadein patted her friend's shoulder and said to her "don't worry and think about it too much, let's just wait and watch what happens next"

Jadein's words comforted her a bit and she wanted to say something but was interrupted by the hotel door opening, a group of tall men wearing black suits and sunglasses walked in. In the midst of the bodyguards was a tall man with a serious expression, many would guess that he was a rich boss.

Maralle and Jadein stood up to look at the group of people who took the spot light with amazement. The two looked at each other to see if they both thought that the group of people were walking towards them.

Maralle looked at the group and among the group, she recognized one of them. What the heck?!! it was Sam! that same jerk who she almost hit into. Sam also met her eyes and stared at her with a serious expression.

Maralle felt guilty and thought that Sam came here to settle the scores with her so she panicked, she wanted to run away. she looked at her left and was ready to take off, unfortunately, her long dress was stuck at a table leg. She didn't care to check and quickly lifted her legs to get away, the group was already close to the girls and Sam was infront of the men.

Before she could take the fourth step, Maralle's dress pulled her and she was heading for the ground as she lost balance. Maralle tried to beg her balance for mercy but it failed and her back was heading for the ground. Giving in to the misfortune, Maralle closed her eyes and as she was about to hit the ground she felt a strong arm hold her waist and another hand on her shoulder.

Everything happened so fast and by the time she opened her eyes, a handsome face filled her scared eyes, she couldn't believe it, it was Sam that saved her from this shame. Why did it have to be him?

Maralle was in a daz and looked at Sam in a weird way, she suddenly had the urge to kiss him, Sam quickly caught up on her intentions and did something unexpected to everyone's surprise............
