Nina was typing on her laptop when she saw Jacob drop something with Jessica but he didn't say hi to her. She knew he was still pissed about what happened the previous day but she didn't care.
What bothered her was the reason why Alpha Marvis protected her from getting hurt any further by Beta. This had never happened in her former life and she wondered why it was happening now.
"Where is your marketing proposal, Ms Stone?" Director Thomas asked as he entered the office to print out some documents.
"I'm almost done with it sir," Nina said.
