My eyes flutter open and my stomach immediately grumbles at the smell of lasagna fresh out of the oven. For a moment, I don't remember where I am. High ceilings, cream covered walls. The sky was dark across the window with only the moon illuminating the dark room. I look to my left at the nightstand where a picture of Cole hugging me from behind as we both smiled at at the camera stood. I was at Cole's house. Right, I forgot. I must have fallen asleep.
