After spending a year perfecting his spatial abilities and pushing the limits of his creation capabilities, Cecil did something a little bit crazy which resulted in him staying another year inside of his dimension due to a certain backlash.
He was experimenting with his Creation ability one day and without knowing what had overcome him, he had impulsively created his wife, Serilla...or, her body at least.
Cecil had promised himself not to use his power to create a person but he didn’t stop himself from creating other creatures.
Before creating Serilla, Cecil had been experimenting with animal creation, which to his surprise, went perfectly. The animals he created were virtually like all of the other animals in creation as they functioned and behaved no differently from the real things.
