I know what you're thinking. "Well, Nick, why would you bring her home with you instead of dropping her off at her dorm?" And jokes on you because I have a great answer.
See, after my sister went all Rhonda Rousey on Jetta, the doctors gave her some pretty heavy pain meds… So she couldn't drive her car. Plus, my house is closer to the hospital than her school is, so if I let her get some R&R this weekend, we can go pick her car up on Sunday, and she can drive back to school like nothing ever happened.
That's the plan.
I'll sleep on the couch. She can have my whole bed to herself. I even gave her extra pillows to prop her leg up before putting her meds and a bottle of water on the nightstand.
Let her rest and get her home on Sunday. That's the plan.
