***Callie's POV***
"Why does this hurt so much? I can't believe it. This is all your fault!" I scream at Sam as I squeeze his hand when another sharp pain tears through me, making me feel like I'm about to be split in half.
"You're almost there. You are moving along just fine. Typically, this takes ten hours, but you seem to be moving along much faster," Sharon mentions while Sam checks out the window.
"The sun is almost setting. Things are looking rough out there," Sam comments on the battle below.
I feel another sharp pain coming. This time, it's worse than the others. I reach out for Sam's hand causing him to rush to my side. I scream, and between breaths, I hear Sharon telling me to push. After a few short moments of pushing, I hear the most beautiful sound in the world.
