***Callie's POV***
I shift back into Alice and quickly head north toward Chris's territory. Sam mindlinks me to let me know that he is coming to join me with John, James, and William. When we meet up, I see the others have shifted as well.
I lead them in the direction of where Chris was keeping me, assuming he'd be there hiding from my wrath now that he knows he's been defeated. As we get closer to the location, deep in Chris's territory, we decide to slow our pace and remain cautious as we search for him and the other Alphas who weren't caught in the battle.
When we get to the vault, John and James check it out but report back that it's empty, causing us to regroup.
