Nina POV.
The day went on pretty fast and before long I was back home. I sat in my room at my study desk to get a head start on my history assignment. I checked the time and it was five o'clock. I have been doing my assignment for two hours now.
"Hey, dinner is ready" Asher said, knocking on my room door. I got up and walked downstairs to see everyone at the table.
I took my usual seat next to Nevins, who gave me an angry glance. He looked back at his plate and picked at it with his fork. I placed some spaghetti and mince on my plate, then grabbed the cheese. I twirled my fork and took a mouth full of my spaghetti Bolognese.
It was quiet at the table. As usual, Isaac never spoke. Now Nevins is joining the silent club. The only noise was our grandmother humming away a tune. Asher
