Nina POV.
The next day, I didn’t go to school. All my friends sent me a text, but I didn’t reply to any of them. I wasn’t ignoring them, I just didn’t want to explain the ‘I have visions of weird things’ situation. Staying home was for my own safety if I dream-walked again. My brothers were worried that next time I could walk out into traffic or even off a cliff.
When Wednesday came around, it was the same thing. I just tried to rest, maybe that was why I started to have these dream walking while awake visions. I didn’t have any visions though, even on Thursday. On Thursday, I decided to send Sam a text saying I'd been sick. And also to make sure that our date was still on, which I very much still wanted.
He said yes, thank Hecate he did. I had already decided what I was going to wear
