Asher declared that I wasn’t grounded because his mate pretty much defended me. She told my brother that I couldn’t be grounded because I almost died. I didn’t even think of it like that until she had mentioned it. Although come to think of it, it wasn’t the first time I almost died. I appreciated that she defended me and I could tell I was going to become close to her.
