It was Friday and we were all getting ready for the football game. Logan was going to pick me up because Mateo was the captain of the football team. Mateo had to make sure his team was prepped for the game. Logan and I had just pulled up to the school car park as the sun disappeared.
Getting out of the car, we saw a lot of students walking toward the oval to where the game was happening. Everyone was dressed in the school colours, red and black. Well, except for the other team, which was blue and yellow. Willowsfield high was versing Northlakes high and from what my friends had told me. The teams were long-time rivals. This was a great way to end the school week with a football game.
