Using the excuse of needing to meet with a supplier for the orchard, Trisha and Nick left Small Rapids and headed into Milwaukee. Their appointment with Albert Winfield, Alexandra Drake's attorney, was at ten. Trisha fidgeted with her purse strap from the passenger's seat as Nick wove his way through the end of morning rush hour on I-94 toward downtown.
