I woke up feeling incredibly tired and hurt, like I’d been hit by a bus, a few minutes later, after my memory came back to me I realize I had really been hit by a car. I opened my eyes and shut them quickly as the bright hospital lights nearly blinded me.
My leg felt restricted and I looked down to see a cast on my left foot. My head also felt tight and I knew I had been bandaged there too, thanks goodness I didn’t have a neck brace. My right hand was also in a cast, well that explains the pain I feel all over my body.
I looked around the spacious room, Aristide had definitely had me moved to a private ward. It looked like a flower shop had exploded in here, I saw various floral arrangement, a stack of cards and a lot of teddy bears.
