----Unknown POV---- “Good night, Edmund! My Love!” I woke with a start, my heart racing as though someone had whispered directly into my soul. The caress of that voice lingered in the air, sweet and soft like velvet against bare skin. I glanced at the old clock hanging crookedly on the wall of the run-down shack I called home.
