Dismissing the Japanese kid out of his room after giving her orders, Ernest leaned back on his seat and heaved a heavy sigh as he remembered the kid's words a few seconds earlier.

Two minutes earlier.

"Uhm...mister...I don't want to go back there anymore…"

"Do I make it sound like you have an option? Don't take my leniency for granted kid. I want you to infiltrate the City of Elm along with my Protection Squadron and conduct recon and surveillance. My feathers are already ruffled. You'll set out today, I'll arrange a carriage and a food supply for your travels."

"Mister...is that true? If I complete this mission, will I be free?" She asked.

"Of course, you have my word. Though you'll have to report to me once you complete the mission. There I'll formally acknowledge your freedom. So go."

It was a simple reconnaissance mission. If war were to break up between two cities, Ernest knew those who have information have the highest win rate. It was a common rule in kingdom-building games. And kingdom-building games are referenced from real history.

He doesn't want to be behind when it comes to world information. Now that the possibility of otherworlders exists in this world, he'll have to be cautious and at the same time proactive in his actions.

With that, Ernest conducted an emergency meeting, calling all the cabinet members of the UNSP.

In the center of the meeting room lies a round table, it was a newly refurbished room just for addressing his cabinet about his future plan.

Standing around the round table are:

Ernest Gonzales, Louis Nicholas, Sophia, Alwin, Wayne, Blackbelly, Lex, and Guilheim.

As Ernest glanced around, standing straight and firm, Ernest initiated the greeting salute.

After that, they sat down and started discussing.

"As you may know, I decided to make use of the werebeast's ability to recon and conduct surveillance. We are behind information and the library of Lord Enrico didn't even help a little. So I want us to be proactive by making our movements now."

"Understood." They recited in unison.

"Louis Nicholas, I want you to set up a recon team for the little girl. I'm planning on sending them to the City of Elm to conduct covert operations. If we want to win this upcoming civil war we need to know our enemy, which is the threat to us all, Duke Gustave. Do you have any recommendations from the Protection Squadron that might qualify for what I'm looking for?" Ernest faced Nicholas who was across the table.

"Yes sir. If it's a covert operation I think Mike and Jasper are qualified for the position. Should I brief them about their mission sir?"

"If you believe in those two guys then fine. They'll leave at midnight, they should bring their weapons along for protection from the monsters that they might meet along the way."

"Understood, Volksfuhrer. I will deliberate them about the mission after the conclusion of the meeting."

"Now as for you Sophia, do you have all the written documents of all my speeches right?" Ernest faced Sophia.

"Yes Volksfuhrer, I've never left out any single speech. There are your wisdom and weapon sir."

"Okay, I want you to give that to Lex, the minister of propaganda," Ernest ordered.

"I will sir...but may I ask the reason?" Sophia asked.

"The only city that has been liberated by my speeches is the city of Eighbury. A revolution won't work if one city is the only one enlightened, we'll have to spread my word to the other cities, especially to the south. That has a lot of commodities and can help us economically. Remember, the good life that you are experiencing in this city is just in this city alone. Those who were living from the other cities are still facing oppression, discrimination, exploitation, et cetera." Ernest faced Lex, "Lex, you'll be the one to handle this matter."

Lex bowed his head. "Understood, Volksfuhrer, I shall print out pamphlets in preparation of propagating your speech and enlightenment. I'll assure you this time Volksfuhrer that I will not fail."

"I don't want assurance, I want results," Ernest said, dismissing him with a wave of the hand.

"Of course Volksfuhrer, I will give you the result you wish."

Hearing that, Ernest faced Gulheim.

"Gulheim, is the anti-air defense system ready?"

"Uhm...due to the lack of resources, I was only able to reproduce one."

"It's okay, we don't know the power of the Divine Spear of Heavenly Flames. The thing I ordered you to reproduce is powerful enough to intercept cruise missiles." Ernest stated the others who haven't heard of the word were befuddled.

"Then as for the new weaponry for the Protection Squadron, the age of the winter demons, I want the Protection Squadron trained, alarmed, and has the best weapon there is. I already told Sophia to give you the blueprint, did you receive it?" Ernest asked Guilhem.

"Yes Volksfuhrer, I already received the blueprint but I don't have the model yet so I was kind of hoping to have it in order to ascertain if we can produce it in large numbers."

"You don't have to produce it in large numbers, just 20 of them is enough," Ernest said.

"Understood, Volksfuhrer, I will do as you say."

"It was just a mere suggestion, if you think you can procure more then go ahead you have my permission." Ernest permitted.

Guilhem nodded.

After that, Ernest faced Wayne, the organizer of the UNSP.

"As for you Wayne, I want you to coordinate with Lex. Organize a speech event for the southern cities and have them absorbed into our party. If you have to feed the poor, fine, if you have to give out clothes, fine. Lex should know about this, those people in those cities are in desperate need of jobs and food."

"Yes, Volksfuhrer." Wayne and Lex nodded, agreeing to his statement.

"As for you Alwin, the minister of food and agriculture. Is the current yield this season enough to feed us through the rest of the winter?" Ernest asked.

"Yes, Volksfuhrer, we have enough supply to be able to survive through the winter."

"Good, as now you may know we are going to scale up our movement. It's time to export our revolutionary ideals outside the city and have them liberated and united into one party, the United National Socialist Party."

Ernest stood, the others followed suit.

"Comrades, we are now getting started. Once we absorb the southern cities and defeat Duke Gustav in the civil war, it'll be an impactful message to the Kingdom of Crentis. That the Kingdom of Crentis has been awakened."

After saying his closing remarks, they raised and performed a salute in unison.

Inwardly, Ernest was having a conversation with the system.

"System, can we skip the one remaining position for now in the "build your squad" mission? I want to know the next mission? Am I getting near to becoming a tyrant by illegally seizing power?"

[Formulate response.]

[Yes! Once you complete the next mission you'll become the supreme leader of the country.]

"So the next mission is the last mission of becoming a tyrant huh? This is so easy?" Ernest thought.

[No, once you seize power you'll face new challenges, but that would be when you actually seized power. For now, focus on the next mission.]
