I knew Adde was a little nervous about meeting everyone, but she smiled broadly as we walked down the stairs. Over the last week before she came, I tried to explain as much as I could about the pack and how it functions so she would feel more comfortable. Dinner was basically a big buffet/family style affair. Many of the pack members ate in their own home, unless it was a special occasion, so there would be around 100 people in the dining room. However, tonight I assumed there would be more since Adde had been around the pack all day and werewolves were nothing if not interested in everyone else’s business.
