My pregnancy had definitely been tricky. I spent a few weeks here and there on bedrest and had to take it easy most of the time. There were one or two kind of scary bleeding episodes and some legitimately scary pre-term labor around month four. Fortunately, Helene had been able to modify some of Serena’s old recipes and used some magical ingenuity which helped stabilize everything. I ate an obscene number of calories to support my two werewolf pups which resulted in horrible farting. My hormones were all over the place and I would go from extreme horney-ness to crying in the blink of an eye. I tried to reign it in, but it was hard. My body temperature could not be regulated and I had all sorts of hot flashes and chills which made me restless at night. Poor Carson.
