I was surprised when I uncovered my food and saw Salmon, Macaroni and Cheese, and Asparagus. Salmon is my favorite and I absolutely love Asparagus.
“Salmon, macaroni and cheese, with asparagus. Perfect. Thank you.” I said and he smiled.
“I just ordered the house special because I wasn’t able to see the menu while we were at the hospital.” he said, and I smiled thinking wow he ordered dinner when we were at the hospital. I didn’t recall him stepping away from me even for a second. I was also wondering how he knew I loved Salmon and Asparagus. I’m not a huge fan of Macaroni and Cheese but that was okay.
