“So…?” Annette said with a raised eyebrow, looking at me with a small smile.
“So, what, Anne?” I asked with no expression, but I was dying to laugh inside.
“Why am I the last to know that you are dating Elias?” She whined and I finally laughed.
“I don’t know why you’re the last to know. It’s been all over the tabloids for a couple weeks now. But it really isn’t what you think. We’re only dating for our class project. It’s not serious.” I said and she gave me that be honest with yourself look but smiled.
