My life couldn't be better as I watched Anthony grow right in front of me. I was blessed- more than I had ever thought.
He made me forget about the pains and hurt I had ever experienced. I got the chance to fulfil my wishes- to run in the garden with my kid as other parents did, to spin my child in the air with his pleasant laughter filling my ears.
Life progressed and so my love with Steve deepened. He was a great husband to me, and the best father to Anthony. Where I fell short of being available for Anthony, Steve and Cassandra were present to fill in the gap.
Anthony was very fond of Cassandra, so Steve and I agreed to make her live with us- for Anthony's sake. I was scared she wouldn't agree at first, but luckily, she did.
