I was holding my breath this whole time. Fear of reaching the destination and him acting upon the plans he had made for me, had me shivered.
"There, halt!" Lord George yelled, ordering the servants to stop the carriage in the middle of the forest. I looked out of the carriage and was amazed at the isolation of this area. Why the hell would he want to stop at this location.
I gulped and followed him to the big trees beside us. He stopped there and I did the same, unaware of what was going to happen and the fear of being miserable.
