When Friday rolled around, Ryan showed up at my condo…with a black eye. “What happened to you?” “I had a fight with my roommate.” Having met Andrew, and after witnessing his surly behavior a few days earlier, I wasn’t surprised he and Ryan had gotten into a brawl. I was surprised that Ryan seemed to have ended up on the losing side of the battle. He had a definite height advantage over Andrew. Surely he could have taken the guy in a fight. Then again, maybe little Andrew was scrappy and caught him off guard.
