I didn’t see Ryan again until he came over Friday night. We’d texted and talked briefly during the week, but our communications were brief and mainly to confirm getting together over the weekend. Neither of us said anything about Andrew or my offer to cohabitate. After the pizza delivery guy left and Ryan and I were seated at the dining room table having a few slices, he looked at me. “Were you serious about me moving in with you?” “Did Andrew do something?” I asked, not really answering the question. “No,” Ryan said with a chuckle. “Andrew has been sweet as pie.” “Good.
