Leonard's POV:
This woman must be hiding something from me.
She should be lying infrequently, so her voice subconsciously trembles when she lies, but she must not realize it herself, which is why she walked so foolishly into my trap.
She seemed eager to get into the study in the front room, which made me wonder what she was up to. This study holds many important documents, and it is here that I always deal with business matters.
But I was pretty sure that this woman had no chance of contacting the outside, and it was even only the day before yesterday that she went out for the first time. I couldn't figure out, even if she was really going to get something from the front study, who could she give it to after she took it?
