As soon as they entered the large banquet hall, Nathan decided he did not like being there. Everything looked and felt grand, as though he had been transported to a whole new world where only a select few belonged.
A staircase led to the third floor from the hall, but in the corner, there was also an elevator that provided direct access. The two halls seemed connected; it was obvious that guests on the second floor were special invitees, while those on the third were VIPs.
On the second floor where they were, a banquet of food was set up just adjacent to the room. Tables were neatly arranged for easy access, and waiters attended to each guest with care.
