Nathan stopped in the middle of the road. He couldn’t do this. Not today. Today, he needed a break. He wanted to sleep in. He walked to the sideway and took out his phone. A moment later, he was dialing the hospital and the staff in charge of the reimbursement of nurses. “This is Nathan King,” he said into the phone. “Something impromptu happened so I won’t be able to come to the hospital today.
