79Maggie’s hands were still shaking when she woke up Greg. Before she woke him, she had slid the lock of hair into a plastic bag and the note into another. Then she marched to the laundry room, emptying the dirty clothes from her go-bag. She put both items at the bottom of the bag. She’d already committed the address to memory. She needed to pack fresh clothes without Greg seeing her panic.
