Episode 11 - First Training

Mr. Lavabo returned to the Power Gym and still couldn't take the fact about so many things that has happened so far. First was Maki, being sent flying away by Aerolith's punch but was safe and without a scratch. Second was the Unique Healing Magic student that was already at the Yellow - Green Essence. Third, Ms. Swanna's punishment and Aerolith's intervention. Lastly, the one who put Aerolith into the infirmary without getting noticed by Nurse Aqua. Nurse Aqua was also stronger than him and Ms. Swanna at the Bronze Essence - First Stage Peak. If Nurse Aqua was not able to notice the person. How much more if he was the one in her place instead? He suddenly realized that Maki was able to sneak up on him earlier and was even able to stop him when he was about to take flight to find Maki. He thought about what if Maki was the one who put Aerolith inside the Infirmary but immediately discarded the thought because of how ridiculous it sounded. 

Mr . Lavabo: Maybe I'm just stressed from the many things that happened today in such a short time. (sigh) I guess I'll go check up on the students now.

Mr. Lavabo first went to the Barren Course. He found Flora busting her brains out trying to grow the seed. 

Mr. Lavabo: Nice to see you breaking some brain cells there, Ms. Flora. (chuckles)

Flora: (urk) WHY?! WON'T?! THIS?! SEED?! SPROUT?!  (let's out a an aura burst)

Mr. Lavabo: Well, keep doing it. You're doing a good job. Experience is the best teacher, if I say so myself.

Mr. Lavabo then proceeded his stroll in the barren course and found Ms. Yuki and Ms. Selene sitting beside each other, sweating buckets. He approached them and talked to them.

Mr. Lavabo: I see you girls are just chilling over here. Having a nice a tea time?

Selene: (pants) W-Water!

Yuki: Here's ice. (tries to make some ice but fails) Ugh! SOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOT!!!!!!

Mr. Lavabo: Okay, you girls can get out now. Also go get Ms. Flora on your way out. I'll find Mr. Montaire.

Selene & Yuki: Understood, sir! (stands up slowly) Ugh!

Mr. Lavabo then left the girls and tried to find Maki. Since the Barren Course was a little wide, Mr. Lavabo flew to get a bird's eye view of the barren land. As he approached the center, he felt the energy around him getting sucked and being absorbed by something at the center. He flew down and saw that Maki was meditating and sweating. Mr. Lavabo approached Maki as subtly as he can in order to not disturb Maki's meditation. Shortly, a sudden burst of energy exploded from Maki, indicating that broke through a Stage. But what surprised Mr. Lavabo was that Maki didn't broke through a Stage but multiple Stages. Maki jumped from the Yellow - Orange Essence - First Stage Peak directly to the Yellow - Orange Essence - Fifth Stage Peak. The color of the aura emanating from Maki was now more with a orange hue, rather than his previous aura color that leaned more on the yellow hue. This indicated that Maki was now a step away from promoting to the Orange Essence. Maki opened his eyes shortly and then saw Mr. Lavabo.

Maki: What's wrong, sir? Did I go over the time of our class?

Mr. Lavabo: N-No. I was just caught a bit off guard by your sudden breakthrough. How's your body? Any discomforts or something?

Maki: Actually, I was sweating buckets earlier but after that breakthrough, I feel fresh. My clothes also became dry.

Mr. Lavabo: Then, go back the quadrangular court and rest. I already told the other three to get out. But if by chance you see them on your way back. Go with them, they were so tired and thirsty when I talked to them earlier so there's a little chance that they collapsed somewhere.

Maki: Understood, sir. I'll be going then. (walks away)

Mr. Lavabo then took off and made his way to the Mountain Course.  There were only two people on the Mountain Course now since Aerolith was now in the Infirmary. He found both Leo and Hugo quickly because he sent Hugo to the tallest mountain to train and had Leo go to the same for a different training. He didn't go down at first and watched how the two students were doing. Hugo was trying his best not to be disturbed by Leo's rubble crushing training. Every time Leo crushes rubbles as softly as he can, it still creates a sound loud enough to disturb Hugo's concentration. After watching the both of them for some time, Mr. Lavabo went down and explained something to them.

Mr. Lavabo: Mr. Leo, I'm giving you a little hint. (crushes a rubble with no sound) Did you notice something? If you did, you can try and do it tomorrow. If now, then I'll do it again one last time tomorrow. 

Leo: Thank you for the hint, sir.

Mr. Lavabo: And you Mr. Hugo, your hint will not be a demonstration but a situation. 

Hugo: Understood, sir. Please go ahead.

Mr. Lavabo: All living things that's living underground are all blind. How do they know where up and down is? That's all. Now go back and try to comprehend what I gave you. I'll go fetch the others.

Hugo & Leo: Understood! Thank you for your teachings. (walks away)

Mr. Lavabo continued making his way to the one hundred kilometer field. After he arrived, he sat on a nearby tree while observing the students. All of them were panting and it was obvious that all of them wasn't able to do a quarter of what he said to them. After his short break, he approached the field and told everyone to gather on his front.

Mr. Lavabo: Everyone! Gather here!

The students followed the order but it took quite some time to arrive. Some of them were quite far and had to walk some distance to arrive. Sparks was walking on all fours. Zhen was walking using a stick as a support. Humming was crawling all the way because her whole body was aching. And Silva was limping because of leg cramps. After the students arrived Mr. Lavabo said.

Mr. Lavabo: Looks like you really need to work on you stamina there. You will do the same think tomorrow, everyday until your stamina is within passing remarks. Now, go back and rest. You can rest here in the meantime until you're able to go back by yourself, but don't leave anyone. I'll go get the last batch.

All of them: Thank you, sir! (pants)

 Mr. Lavabo went to the Woodland Course. He first saw Murloc jumping from tree to tree but leaves were falling like crazy as if his feet was very heavy. He called out Murloc and showed him something.

Mr. Lavabo: Mr. Murloc stop what you're doing for a moment. I'll show something.

Murloc: Yes, sir!

Mr. Lavabo jumped around as slowly as possible for Murloc to see his movements. Murloc did not hear nor see leaves fall from the trees. And Murloc noticed something.

Mr. Lavabo: Oh? Looks like you noticed it. Go back and think about it. You'll have a chance to practice it tomorrow.

Murloc. Thank you, sir! (walks away)

Mr. Lavabo flew again and tried to find some indication of melted objects. Surprisingly, the students find a safe area to practice their abilities. He observed them for a little bit. Uburozi was panting and sweating like crazy because of maintaining his Special Move for more than thirty minutes. It was also the same for both Licht and Leeroy. Toxic smoke was also coming out from Licht's Shield because of the reaction of the corrosion on his shield. Leeroy was also having a hard time trying to control his power simultaneously. Since it was Leeroy's first time to apply the concept of giving and taking at the same time, sometimes he ends up sucking too much energy from either Licht or Uburozi making them weak. After a short observation, Mr. Lavabo went down and talked to them.

Mr. Lavabo: Okay, boys. That's it for today. You three are doing great. If you keep this up, you'll breakthrough in no time.

The three boys: Thank you for the teachings, sir! (bows)

Mr. Lavabo: Now go back and rest. I still have something to do. Tell everyone that if I'm still not back after five minutes, you can all proceed to your next class. Go to the Sparring Stadium and wait for your teacher. Your teacher will call you when he arrives. So rest well in the quadrangular court.

The three boys: Understood, sir! (bows and walks away)

Mr. Lavabo wanted to check up on Aerolith if she's already awake so he made his way back to the Infirmary. Three minutes later, he arrived at the Infirmary and asked Nurse Aqua how was Aerolith doing.

Mr. Lavabo: How is she, Nurse Aqua?

Nurse Aqua: Still sleeping like a log. But she should wake up any time soon. Her breathing's back to normal too.

Mr. Lavabo: That's a relief. Anything new discovered on her condition?

Nurse Aqua: Fortunately, there's none. She's as healthy as she can be. 

Mr. Lavabo: At least nothing bad happened.

After this short exchance, Aerolith woke up. Nurse Aqua immediately tried to assist her and offered her a glass of water to replenish her body liquid.

Nurse Aqua: How are you feeling?

Aerolith: Fine, I guess? Just that my body's sore all over. What happened?

Nurse Aqua: You collapsed somewhere and someone brought you here. Do you know the reason why you collapsed?

Aerolith: I used an ability called Overlimit Break. I don't know what category this belongs to but I know this is an ability. This ability suddenly came into my mind when I broke through earlier. I didn't have the chance to test the ability out yet so I chose to use it sometime after Mr. Lavabo sent me to my training. I knew Ms. Swanna was going to get punished due to the incident yesterday, so I waited for the perfect time to intervene.

Nurse Aqua: What? Ms. Swanna is getting punished?!

Mr. Lavabo: It's fine now. Aerolith discussed things with the principal. But the ability you mentioned earlier should be none other than your Ultimate, Ms. Aerolith.

Nurse Aqua: Again, what?! How is that possible? You have to be at least Green - Yellow Essence to learn that move. And Ultimate couldn't be learned but made by one's own efforts. How can that happen?

Mr. Lavabo: Woah there. For a Nurse, you're giving your patient a headache. But wasn't this explained to us when we were still in school?

Nurse Aqua: Oh, uhh? About that, I guess I slept in class and just went with the flow. Ah ahaha ahaha. 

Mr. Lavabo: (facepalm) How did you even become a nurse without knowing this?

Nurse Aqua: Teehee! >.<

Mr. Lavabo: (sigh) Anyway, I'm sure that the ability you learned is your Ultimate. 

Aerolith: What's an Ultimate, sir?

Mr. Lavabo: I want to explain it to you but your next teacher will have to do that. You were unconscious until now. It's good timing too since you're just in time for your next lesson. Go to the Sparring Stadium. Your classmates should already be there.

Aerolith: Okay, sir. I'll be going now. Excuse me. Thanks again, Nurse Aqua. Sorry for troubling you again. (bows)

Nurse Aqua: It's okay. Just doing my job. Bye bye.

Mr. Lavabo: Ugh! The day just started and many things already happened. Could you give me some medicine for headache. please?

Nurse Aqua: Medicine? No, you're just stressed and fatigued, Mr. Lavabo. I'll make you some refreshing tea, instead.

Mr. Lavabo: Thank you. 

Nurse Aqua: By the way, how can you be so sure that what she learned was her Ultimate? (makes the tea)

Mr. Lavabo: Because everyone who uses their Ultimate for the first time gets overly tired. No exceptions. And the stronger the Ultimate, the longer they needed to rest.

Nurse Aqua: But she fainted.

Mr. Lavabo: That means her Ultimate is powerful enough to make an Elf of her caliber to pass out. Her Ultimate must be really powerful. I'm already excited how she would grow up.

Nurse Aqua: If you put it that way, then I guess I'll also look forward to it. (gives the tea) Here's your tea, Mr. Lavabo.

Mr. Lavabo: Thanks.
