It was a bad day for Alex, a really bad day. He had been with his sister at grandpa's place after so many pleas from her for him to come.
" This one someone will have to beg to see you, are you already planning to change your name", Lisa asked him.
" Why can't I when you especially can't let me rest and drag me over here", Alex replied Lisa impassively
" And which other places can be better to rest than with your family?"She asked, not bulging.
"Since you have decided to choke me from rest".
" Who is choking you, all that everyone wants for you is good, grandpa has been worried sick, and you know that old man will not rest".
She paused trying to think about something, and continued.
But how were you able to rest after all his ranting , she asked again.
He didn't pay attention to her words but continued to watch the football match, as he crossed his legs on the sofa in the massive living room.
The maid called to their attention that the food his set on the dinning,
Let's go eat first, then we can continue from where we stop, today is for me and you.
She dragged him to the dinning looking like a dolly dove with her small ball eyes, this look on her face always got him and rather him helpless.
Lisa has been all he got since the death of their parents, and he has always wanted to be there for her.
The twos were enjoying the moment, until another presence joined their ritty-ratty.
" Hey, grandpa, I thought you weren't coming back today, " Lisa jumped up from her seat to meet him.
" Hmm…something came up , " he answered, clearing his throat as he stared at the figure in his presence,heading his way to join them in the dinning.
" See grandpa, Alex came to keep me accompanying" , she said
" To keep you accompanied or you beg him? A man that had decided to die single".
" Grand…pa, why will you say that to him?" Lisa lamented at her grandpa.
" Is that not how you frustrated father till his death" , Alex roared from the other side of the dining room.
His words were subtle but sank and lingered an effect to all ears' presence, making an echoing effect in the house.
Immediately, the maids left the scene, as this issue always doesn't end well.
Alex!!! Lisa stood confused,she hadn't planned for this, and she really didn't want another ranging episode between these two.
It has always been a rage anytime the two meet since the death of the father, this is the reason Alex moved out.
" You should have expected this when you called me over, what exactly were you thinking would happen", he spoke out in anger , holding firm his fist, he really doesn't like bringing this matter up.
" I didn't frustrate him, his grandpa spoke from", but Alex picked his jacket and dashed out of the room not waiting to listen to any protest.
He struggled to reach home after the roaring eventful day with his grandpa.
But his impact from this strange woman has really brought down the firing rage in him, seeing those flowy tears from her face , crying tensely for hours brought out a curiosity in him,
" Who the hell made you cry?
" Beep beep beep"
The time is past 7 in the morning as the sun shone through the window's blind, the only thing that breathe is the sharp sound that repeat at regular intervals
Sarah woke up the next morning with her heart ached and the first thing she saw brought her back to reality.
I am sorry things have to end up this way.

" So all this was not a dream", tear begin to flow from his eyes again as she remembered all the events that played out last night,
Suddenly her phone buzzed, It's Chris
" Hi , where are you…?"
" Oh , the new boss… I am on my way" She dashed straight to the bathroom, and in less than 30 minutes , she was ready.
She has a blown colored hair, bluish eyes, and her curvy shape always makes any dress look perfect on her. She picked up her bag to balance the dress as she headed out for work.
Sarah worked at a mid-sized company, diligently performing her tasks and hoping to climb the ladder to the top one day.
Her goal was to prove her worth to the world, herself, and especially her family who didn't believe in her so-called dream.
She had grown up from a family where no love is shown, and she has always wanted to make things different from theirs.
At work, Sarah was known for her dedication and hard work. She was always the first to arrive and the last to leave.
Her colleagues admired her, though she kept mostly to herself. She was close to only a few people, one of them is Chris.
The past hours were a blur of pain and confusion for Sarah. She couldn't understand how James and Cynthia, the two people she trusted most, could betray her so cruelly.
She spent hours replaying their conversations in her mind, trying to find clues she might have missed. The betrayal cut deep, and the more she thought about it, the angrier she became.
At work, Sarah struggled to maintain her composure. Her colleagues noticed the change in her demeanor, but she brushed off their concerns.
Someone that hadn't shown her weakness, now looks all cloudy, but no one understands what's happening, since she always kept things to herself.
She couldn't afford to show weakness, especially not now. The company is in a difficult situation right now.
" I heard that the new boss is coming today", a familiar voice spoke behind her as she immersed herself in her work, hoping to drown out the pain.
"Oh, I thought that was confidential, I guessed it's not anymore, " she thought as she continued to wrap up the documents on her desk.
She has so much to cover as the board meeting is in a few hours, though no one was expecting the new boss to come for the meeting.
Apparently, their boss had a sudden query, and here they are getting a new one. The change was happening quickly, and everyone was on edge.
Think who this mysterious new boss will be.
But every time she closed her eyes, she saw James and Cynthia together, laughing at her naivety.
The entire company gathered in the conference room, murmurs of speculation filling the air.
Sarah sat at the back, her mind still occupied with thoughts of James and Cynthia. When the door opened, the new boss walked in.
Everyone was startled seeing the most beautiful thing their eyes would engage in in the room, everyone but except one person, Sarah, who was lost in her thoughts and could barely glanced up.
" Good morning, everyone," the man said with his alluring but commanding voice, causing great attention and a sense of morale to fill the room.
"My name is Alex, and I'll be taking over as your new boss , and has the new boss no room for negligence", Alex said his last statement pointing towards Sarah who is still sitting down lost in her thoughts.
His fingers' direction drew the attention of everyone to Sarah, she looked up then, her curiosity piqued seeing everyone looking towards her direction, that was when she realized the situation she was in.
Alex was tall, built and with a chiseled jaw, an air of confidence that seemed to fill the room. He introduced himself, outlining his plans for the company and emphasizing his commitment to improving their work environment.
Everyone was endorsed by his confidence and boldness, but there's something off of him, the coldness in his face.
No one in the room dared to look at his face, except Sarah. As he spoke, Sarah found herself drawn to him. There was something about Alex that made her feel a glimmer of hope,
" And why do I feel I have met him before?" No, it is not possible", she said has she shook up her head from the thought
" I can do this, But at the same time how can I solve this unusual first impression he had of me , he must definitely sees me as an unserious one here"
" I need to be more careful, not letting my feelings get to work ", she concluded in her mind.
Alex voice brought her attention back to the meeting,
"... if anyone has anything to say send it through my secretary ", Alex finalized his statement as he stood to leave the meeting room.
" In the next one hour, I need all the documents from the past six months submitted to my desk", He said pointing towards Sarah with a cold and uncare voice.
" But sir, there's some..thing…", a voice cut in from the room.
" Send it through my secretary I said!!", with a cold commanding voice, Alex replied sharply.
His brutal response got everyone dumbfounded to believe which side of him is the real him, he was very sweet and at the same time brutally cold.
After the meeting, everyone returned to their desks, pitying Sarah on her just encountered mayhem.
Sarah returned to her desk, her thoughts lingering on Alex.
" And why am I feeling I had met him? And is this a payback? Or how on earth did he expect me to get all those documents done in an hour".
" Sarah, don't get distracted, be focused and get back to work, you can afford to have another issue to deal with again with that cold ice boss", she thought.
She couldn't explain it, but she felt a connection to him, as if he understood her pain. She shook her head, trying to focus on her work. She couldn't afford distractions, not now.
An hour later, Sarah is at the door to Alex's office, while she meets his personal assistant, Nathan.
" He said you should bring it in, " Nathan said, directing her to his office.
His words got her shaking, she had initially thought she just have to hand over the documents to his personal assistant, but getting there and hearing what she didn't plan for got her startled
" I thought I have to hand over it to you, she asked Nathan,
" Yes, but as you can see, I am heading out on an assignment now, so he said you can bring it in, Nathan replied leaving her behind him.
After few minutes of thought, She dragged her shaking legs to the door, as she knocked the door,
"Come in", that same commanding and alluring voice spoke from the inside.
Sarah stepped in and managed to move close to the table
"These are the documents you requested for sir…rr ",
" Okay , you can drop it and leave " .
She hurriedly vacated the room, locking the door behind her,
"What a relief", she exclaimed taking a deep breathe

e got to her table, the desk cell phone rings,
"Welcome to FIND wor…ld, she said as she picked up the call ignorantly, but the words she heard opted her peace,
" COME OVER TO MY OFFICE , NOW!!! "
