My habit was to hide my feelings so why pry. Victor and I had been on the same wave link but then added, "Everyone has to die some day!" My lawyer freaked out saying, "Don't ever say anything like that again until we have won your trial!" My immediate response was to agree but then added that my attitude tends to be based on my physical condition any given day. Victor's funeral took place immediately after spending the night at his vigil. I was really out of it so was not all there. It was clear that it would have been much better if he hadn't been murdered. That didn't satisfy him and he said, "You need to get with the program!"
