Norah, sitting nearby, scoffed. "How could it be your dad? That's the Heart of the Ocean. Your dad is such a useless person; he could never afford such luxury even if he worked a lifetime!"

"That's right, it is the Heart of the Ocean. The gentleman obtained it at the Aethermark Auction three years ago," Ralphy continued on stage. "The gentleman mentioned that, due to their financial struggles at the time, they didn't have a wedding or any tokens of affection." He added. "This was his lifelong regret. He bought the Heart of the Ocean three years ago and gave it to the woman he loves most. The blue of the gem symbolizes eternal love. Finally, he announced. "Now, please open your eyes, and let us all witness this joyful moment together!"

As his voice fell, the banquet hall suddenly went dark, with only beams of light sweeping around.

He continued. "Even though the lights are out, it won't affect everyone's dining experience. I'll take Ms. Willis upstairs first and then come back to join you. Please relax and enjoy yourselves."

He handed the microphone to the host, making a gesture of invitation. "Ms. Willis, please."

Ariya hesitated for a moment, handed the child to Norah, and then followed Ralphy upstairs.

"So it was just a problem with the lights. I knew it couldn't be Talon!" Norah said dismissively.

"I said it earlier, Talon is just a useless person!" Jensen sighed in relief.

"I think Mr. Hill might be interested in Ariya," Lord Willis observed sharply. "He specifically asked her to go upstairs for a discussion. There could be something more to it. Remember, the upper floors of the Stardom Hotel are all guest rooms."

"Oh? So Mr. Hill really has a thing for Ariya?" Jensen blinked. "If that's the case, then the five-hundred-million order is definitely ours! As for Ariya? It's only fair she sleeps with him. If even a drifter could have her, why not let anyone else?"
