TWO: GALACTICA

"My goodness, 10 cryptocoins, for a banana split? You have got to be kidding me?"

"No ma'am. It's the price." the man replied with a helpless look on his face.

"No. I'll pay 5 cryptocoins, and not a penny more." Prisca said with finality and authority in her voice.

The man stared helplessly at us as if asking us for help but we just shrugged, when he finally sighed helplessly and gave in and served us our drinks.

Well, Crystal and I were a bit stunned because it doesn't resemble her to argue over prices, and that again, over a banana split? Prisca hates bananas.

Well, I'm not complaining because we got our drinks half price.

Actually, I didn't get to get drunk the other night thanks to my sister's jealous husbands who sent guards to get us away immediately.

How they knew where we were? I have no idea.

Now however, we're at the biggest attraction park in the milk way, Galactica, to see their new attraction, Historia.

It was a tower with an oval shaped cabin at the top. The cabin had seven seats so seven people could go at a time.

Once seated, the cabin turned at a great speed, throwing the people in it back in time from the creation of the universe till now.

I was excited to join the attraction, but for the line, not so much.

Anyway, after two long hours of waiting, it was finally my turn. Prisca and Crystal had already passed their turns, as the line was cut short on me. I entered in with six other girls and sat down.

"Ohhh, this is so exciting." A girl in the cabin next to mine said.

"Get buckled up and enjoy the ride.", an automated voice spoke in the background and soon everything started turning, until it became blurred. Then I saw it, the universe in the beginning. First, there was the big bang, then...

ERROR ERROR ERROR.

The automated voice said and then suddenly, the sphere started rotating at a terrible speed and then I heard a loud explosion and everything went black.

Crystal and Prisca stared in horror as they watched from the railing of the staircase above, the tower rotating at a mad speed, and then the explosion, of the control center of the tower which was a few meters away.

They looked at each other before jumping from the railing and running to drag their baby sister out of there.

Curiously, there was no one in the cabins. All of them were empty. As if no one was ever seated there.

Crystal and Prisca, shouted, cries of pain that shook the whole park, then everything went black for them.

"Hey, hey, wake up." I heard a voice speak but my head hurt like hell and everything was blurry when I tried to open my eyes.

Did I finally get drunk yesterday?

I heard a giggle followed by a "No, you're not drunk. Just a little shaken up from the journey."

Journey? Which journey? I thought, before forcing myself to open my eyes despite the blinding light that was threatening to make me blind.

Can someone please close the curtains?

Finally after some more struggle, I could see somewhat clearly. I looked around and noticed I was in a cave? With the other girls from the attraction park?

What the hell?

"Well well well, looks like the princess is finally up." I heard an icy voice say and I turned my head to see the black haired, caramel skin girl speak.

"Ummm. Please, who are you guys and where are we? Why are we in a cave?"

"Well we have no idea either.", caramel answered disdainfully "But I'm pretty sure the kind of vultures outside wouldn't care less before devouring us" she added.

"Vultures?"

"Yeah. Apparently, the historia effectively projected us back in history. Take a peep outside" This time it was a strawberry blonde who answered.

I drew the leaf curtains aside, to see the most breathtaking tropical view ever. Blue sea, green forest and not a vulture in sight.

"Uhhh, if you're talking about the view, it sure is a killer view." I said and they all looked at me before taking a look outside.

"W-what?, the sky was a creepy pink a few moments ago, with horrible looking birds flying in it.", a red head answered.

I shrugged and answered. "Maybe, the climate here, is not the same as that on earth. The universe is broad. Who knows all the planets that could be found here?"

"No. We are not in the universe we know. There is no such thing in universe seven. We are not in universe seven. We are in universe zero.", caramel answered back making me and the other girls explode in fits of laughter.

"Hahaha, despite your cold exterior, you actually have a great sense of humour", a platinum blonde answered and we all agreed.

Caramel sighed and continued.

"My name is Samantha Vos-" That made us stop laughing at once.

Samantha Vos? The famous scientist, who actually proved that other universes exist?

"- I have been studying methods of travelling from one universe to another using what other universes would look like through probabilities. I discovered that universe zero, was like the universal set of all the universes. It had all their properties, which were distributed equally among it's solar systems."

Now I was dumbfounded.

"And, in which universe were we before?" The platinum blonde asked Samantha.

"Universe seven. The most technologically backward universe, the most ignorant and the smallest also."

"Wow. So we're in some sort of alternate universe? So cool" The bubbly voice I heard in my sleep said, and I turned to see it belonged to a young brown haired girl, who looked not a day older that 20.

"Oh, my name is Kelly Shapman" she said and I gasped.

The international model? And actress? What the?

"Fiona Wooderlands" Red continued. The first female athlete of the universe.

"Allegra Libermann", the platinum blonde said. The law queen. She never lost in court. And her fashion sense defined the trends and gave a whole new meaning to fashion.

"Francesca Walts", the rust colored haired beauty spoke She was a brilliant medical doctor, just behind Prisca, and the queen of mannerism. When some royal needed their child to behave, just a month with her was sufficient

"Raniah Lyfe" The greatest plant specialist this world has ever known. She had a slight caramel skin with beautiful obsidian black eyes and freckles.

"And you?" Raniah asked

"Amara Floyd" I answered and they all looked at me shocked.

"The ice queen?" They all asked in unison.

"Umm, yea." I answered a bit sheepishly.

"Oh wow. Is this some sort of celebrity trap game?" Francesca asked making us smirk.

"Well, who would blame them? Look at us? We are bombs, except Samantha, who will end up getting lines on her face with all her frowns." Fiona answered and we all burst out laughing, except Sam who didn't look pleased at all.

"Haha, very funny."

"Okay girls, we need to get out of here before the sky gets creepy pink again." Kelly said

"No. It's not a good idea. I think we should stay here for some time, let's say three days to observe the climate changes and be sure that there is no other dangerous climatic change out there." Sam said.

"And die of hunger?" Raniah asked.

"I already thought about that." She said turning her head to look at Raniah that was standing near Fiona.

I caught up with her idea and my eyes widened in realisation.

I think everyone realised it too as their eyes widened also.

"Wait, you guys are seriously not thinking about it right?" Fiona asked and we stared unyieldingly at her.

"C'mon, you are the athlete and Raniah is the plant specialist. I'm sure you'll find something good to eat. Please, you're our only hope." Kelly said dramatically.

They looked at each other, then at us and sighed.

"Okay, we're gonna do it." they said in unison and we all cheered.

Looks like my life is finally gonna be interesting after all.
