Lilith and Hugo arrive at Juniper’s apartment. Hugo says Juniper is exaggerating as always. He’s sure that two women didn’t come here and beat Yara up.

She’s shaking her head. “That one woman was scary as hell. You were even scared of her. I’m sure it’s her. Yara isn’t bothering them. Kaleigh has taken the house and everything else from her. What else does she want?"

“Money, that woman wants her woman back. The house and everything were rightfully hers. She took what belonged to her. Dear, you can’t go around accusing someone of something. Let’s see what’s going on first.” He’s about to ring the doorbell when the door opens.

Juniper’s pointing at Yara. “There, your daughter is. Ms. Broken. I helped her tail to the sofa.” She put her hands on her hips, looking at Lilth and Hugo staring at Yara.

Yara looks up at her parents, crying, “That woman broke my arm and leg. Look at my face and neck."

“My poor baby," Lilith hugs Yara, looking around the room. “The way you’re looking, I thought for sure there would be some blood spattered somewhere. Your face is swollen.”

“What did you do or say to tick those two women off?” Her father sits down, looking at her, waiting to hear Yara’s lie.

Yara cut her eyes at him and buty her face into her mother's chest.

Here goes. Your daughter sent a letter, special delivery, to Dexter’s wife. Yep, she did that crazy move. And had the nerve to threaten her about Survivor's benefits. When we all know Dexter isn’t that lazy child in there father.” Juniper points at the bedroom door.” Kaleigh and her friends were already onto her game. They had a DNA test taken." She held up the FNA report. " Which Yara should have known because Dexter’s widow is suing her for the money she lied to get from Dexter. I hope she doesn’t believe now that Dexter is dead, the lawsuit will go away.” Juniper narrowed her eyes, looking at Yara .” That fool probably did. Well, if it was, it isn’t now.”

“Survivors' benefits. really. Disrespecting that woman during her time of grief is too much. Lilith, that’s your daughter. I’ll drop you two ot three off at the ER. Call me when you're finished. Hell, I need a drink after hearing this nonsense. Whoever did that to you should have beaten your ass until every bone was broken.”

Lilith is helping Yara up, but they fall back down on the sofa. She looks at Hugo to ask for help, but all she sees is his back and him saying,” he’ll be in the car whenever they get there.”

Juniper's laughing, "I'll help you for one reason. You have to swear and promise me that you'll do it." She looks at Lilith.

"Sure, I swear and promise you. Now, can you help me? Wait, what is it you want?" She sits down, breathing hard.

Juniper takes her cell phone out to record Lilith. "That you'll move your daughter and grandson out of my place today. You can't bring them back. They don't have much. Just a duffle bag."

Yara rolled her eyes at Juniper while she listened to her mother. Lilith is swearing and promising Juniper that she'll move her and Daxter out today.

"Now that I've given proof, sure, I'll be more than happy to help you take out your broken daughter. We can't leave your lazy and greedy grandson behind. Just like the military, you can't leave anyone behind." Juniper is yelling for Daxter to pack their bags and come on, they're moving to Grandma and Grandpa's house.

Lilith shakes her head ."Neither of you mentions the two women's names.”

Juniper pops her lips, “I only know one name. The most important one, because she said. And these are her exact words. Here goes.” She points to Yara, "In case your cousin wants to press charges, tell her I'm Americus Silverheels, the President of BCA Studios. I'm easy to find. Now that I've told you what Americus Silverheels said, my advice to you is to take your tail to court, pay what you owe that woman, and forget you ever heard and knew Dexter, his wife, and those two women. Because she said she'll come back. You know what, I know she will."

Lilith is trying to remember where she has heard the name Americus. Yara's screaming brought her out of her thoughts.

Juniper had thumped Yara's arm.

Right before Dexter’s funeral service, Americus gives. Kaleigh, Zuleyka, and Tanesha black ghunghtas for them to wear.

Kaleigh hugs Americus, "Thank you.” She hugs Tanesha and Zuleyka. “Thank you.”

“We got you. Always.” Tanesha put her ghunghtas on.

Zuleyka's helping Kaleigh with her ghunghats. "I know some of the women of my culture still wear. I've never had, but darn, we look good."

"Yes, we do." Taneshais is looking at Alyica, coming to tell them it's time for the funeral to start. Hayley had the kids. She looks at them as they walk past her. "Oh, alrighty, that works."

Kaleigh, Americus, Tanesha, and Zuleyka walk into the chapel, and all eyes are on the four women who are holding hands.

Jocebed and Edmar are also looking at them. Edmar was wondering if Kaleigh would show her bruises. He’s glad she chose to cover her face. Jocebed is wondering why Dexter didn't call to talk to her or his father before he committed suicide.

Most of the attendees are wondering why the four women are wearing ghunghtas. One woman said, "That’s the way they do things. That's the way those three have always done things. The other woman I haven't met yet. But it seems she's one of them. Not like that, Jewel. Not that woman is a different story."

Cristiano, Ferris, and Courtney sit behind the four women. During the service, Courtney and Ferris are wondering what Cristiano will say about Dexter. A woman announced Cristiano to come up to the podium. “Good luck,” Courtney and Ferris mouth to Cristiano.

Americua was also wondering what her husband was planning to say. But she knows whatever he says, it will be the truth and from his heart. She hugs Kaleigh and blows Cristiano a kiss as he gives the eulogy.

After giving the eulogy, Cristiano was about to walk away, but he stopped and looked around the chapel. “Dexter and I have had our problems, but he was still my friend. I know he loved his wife and children. The last time he and I spoke was when he invited me to lunch." Cristiano looks at Kaleigh. “The entire time, he kept repeating how much he loves you and the kids. How much he wanted to make sure you were happy. Dexter asked me to keep that confidence, but I thought you should know."

Kaleigh nods, wiping her tears. She's surprised that Dexter and Crisitano had lunch alone, and they didn't have a confrontation

Courtney and Ferris watch Cristiano walk back to his seat. They couldn't believe Cristiano was able to think of anything nice to say about Dexter. What makes it even better is that Cristiano didn't lie.

When the service was over, Cristiano, Ferris, Courtney, and two more men were carrying the Dexter out of the chapel. Americus sees a handsome 6'2" light-complexioned, with hazel eyes, a broad nose, and a strong build. whispers something to Tanesha. A huge smile appears on Tanesha's face.

Americus watches Tanesha and Zulyeka walk Kaleigh out of the chapel until she walks over to a handsome man. “I knew you would be here. How long are you staying?” She's looking at Kaleigh, then at Cristiano.

“I’m here to stay. When I heard what Dexter did to Kaleigh, you knew I wasn't going to stay away. Kaleigh is a good person and has a good heart. I never should have allowed her to fall into Dexter’s hands.” He’s looking out the window at Kaleigh getting in the car. “I’ll let her know soon that I'm here.”

“Okay, don’t wait too long. I’m not even going to ask you if you killed Dexter. I don’t want to know.” Americus hugs him, “I've missed you. Welcome home.”
