“WHAT!? How did you find this out?” I screamed.
“Will you shut up? There’s no reason for you to be this loud,” Ryan huffed.
“Do you know who it was that challenged that half-breed for the throne?” I asked, ignoring his rude remark.
“Apparently some new alpha. He’s young, and only been alpha for less than a year.”
“Okay, but did he know that the Queen is immortal? Challenging her is a losing fight.”
“There is so much that the world doesn’t know about her. Her immortality is one of those things. I heard rumors, but you’re the one who confirmed them for me,” Ryan said.
"Didn't you fight her during the war? You saw her powers," I sneered, no longer believing he was who he said he was.
"Yes. But she obviously didn't show us all of her abilities," he spat.
