Sadie’s POV Everything was pitch black, and I was surrounded by nothingness. I don’t know how long I’ve been here, but I just noticed it. As if I was asleep and just woke up. I wandered around the darkness, unsure of what I was looking for. The emptiness I felt as I blindly walked around started to get to me. Although I couldn’t feel anything, I was still scared. “Savannah? Are you there?” I called out into the darkness but got no response. “Savannah! Please, say something!” I croaked as my fears made it hard to speak. I couldn’t feel anything physically, but emotionally and mentally, I felt the pressure and emptiness of being alone. “I don’t want to be alone,” I whispered. “You’re not alone.
