Devyn's POV
"Alpha, I need to do a full check up on both of the Betas. When will the Queen return?” Dr. Mendoza asked. It'd been a couple of hours since Marcy left and Alex was still in the room with Sadie.
“Alright, let’s go.” I told him. “We don’t need to wait for her.”
“Yes, Alpha.”
We hurried down to the hospital and I waited outside while Dr. Mendoza went in with Renee and Lisa. After about a half hour, Dr. Mendoza came out, along with Lisa and Renee.
“Thanks, Alpha. Although I still have a ton of questions, Beta Sadie seems to have a clean bill of health.”
“Well, that’s good to hear. How is she doing?” I asked.
“She’s doing well, I would say. However, I want to keep her here overnight for observation. And run some tests. I don’t understand what happened, how she came back af
