CLARA'S POV
I could feel the numbness in my heart as I picked up my phone and called him back. David asked me to do that, it might not be what I am thinking. I did and he picked up.
“ How are you doing, sis?" He giggled.
I became calm as I heard what he asked me.
“ I am fine, how are mum and dad?" I asked.
“ They are fine, I called to ask you if I can come there to see you, maybe take some things as well," he said.
If that was why he was calling, then I did not have a problem with that.
" You can always come over to stay for a while,” I said.
